Excellent service especially the email I received showing the hourly slot that my order would be delivered in, in my case it was between 11.34am to 12.34pm my order was delivered at 11.48am having that information is really very helpful, it also gave the option to change the delivery date,my order was well packed and in good condition. Sadly I had spent a considerable amount of time and money on several other products trying to eradicate red mites..I could not get rid of them and then I saw DIATOM.The web site is a doddle to use, the delivery prompt and free and the product is so easy to use especially as you dont have to worry about it going into their food stuff..it is actually benficial to them. As for the red mites..it appears at this stage to have stopped them in their tracks. The only critism I have is that the plastic container is so strong I had to get my partner to open it and even he struggled. I have since given up trying to get the lid off again and pierced the lid to access the powder. Apart from that , the product is fantastic..Well done. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY OTHER PRODUCTS AS I CONSIDER THEM TO BE TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE IN COMPARISON TO DIATOM and will put in for another 2 kg tub shortly.

I had a problem with red mite in my chicken house. This cleared it up straight away I tried to use other treatments but nothing has been so effective as this. Fantastic product, it solved all my problems
